These terms and conditions of use apply to all registrars of the CPG Consulting Key Candidates registration page.. 

The terms and conditions of use may change from time to time and it is your responsibility to stay up to date with any changes. 

CPG Consulting will:

1. Conceal all personal information including name, email address, phone number, mobile number, address 
   
   
2. If the candidate would like to request additional information be suppressed than please contact CPG Consulting prior to completing the registration form. Failing to do this will result in the information of point one (1) being suppressed only 
   
   
3. Reserve the right to display only a selected number of candidates for the key candidate categories on the website. We do not guarantee that your registration can be displayed on the CPG Consulting website
   
   
4. If contact from an interested party occurs in relation to a key candidate CPG Consulting agrees to contact the candidate to confirm if they would be interested in reviewing suitable opportunities within that company. Only upon confirmation from candidate, either verbal or email will CPG Consulting coordinate contact between the two party’s.

CPG Consulting accepts no responsibility for, or liability in respect to any loss or damage which may arise out of any person replying on or using any information contained on this site; which includes but not limited to:

1. Loss of actual or anticipated salary; loss of or damage to employment prospects; loss of opportunity; loss of or damage to reputation; loss of or corruption to data; loss of management or administration time  
   
   
2. Any representation or otherwise in respect to the existence or availability of any job, position, vacancy, assignment or other engagement or appointment advertised on this website; or  
   
   
3. Any representation or otherwise that CPG Consulting guarantees the employment of any candidate who applies for any job, position, vacancy, assignment or other engagement or appointment advertised on this website; or  
   
   
4. Any representation or otherwise that data provided through this website will be free of any virus, defect or computer code, whether directly or indirectly, that may adversely affect any computer hardware, software or data.

Whilst CPG Consulting makes every effort to keep this site current and free of faults, we accept no responsibility for, or liability in respect to any fault; delays; interruptions or lack of availability of this website. 

You agree to fully indemnify CPG Consulting and keep us fully indemnified against all costs, expenses, claims, losses, liabilities or proceedings arising from either use or misuse of this site.
